Holiday Ukulele Class!

Learn/review ukulele basics and learn Holiday Favorites.

Join Lisa, of Music on the Move, for a Holiday Ukulele class in cooperation with the City of Hiawatha.
You will learn ukulele basics and come away ready to play holiday favorites – and more!

You’ll be ready to play along at the Hiawatha Tree Lighting on December 3rd at 5:30 pm.

The calendar only shows November 1, but you will be registered for the full class. November 1, 8, 15, and 29. $85/person
Join us for a free field trip to join the Linn County Ukulele Club @Marion Library on Nov 22.
Minimum of 4 people to hold the class.

If you have a ukulele, please bring it! If you don’t have one, you can borrow one, and I will give you some suggestions on what to buy. (Also see below.)

Buying a Ukulele

I have listed a few options for quality instruments in the budget/beginner price range. You are certainly welcome to buy something nicer, if you’d like! Be careful of cheap ukuleles that are available online. The ukuleles below (not affiliate links) are quality instruments that I have played or researched.
